PALETA DE BELLOTA D.O. EXTREMADURA 75% IBÉRICO

Each MONTARAZ product comes from the finest 75% Iberian acorn-fed pigs from the Extremaduran pastureland.

Of these, half of the hams and shoulders are cured in Olivenza-Extremadura.

In Extremadura, with higher temperatures, a more intense final product is obtained. Both places produce unique pieces, 75% Iberian 100% NATURAL products, with only two ingredients added to the meat: salt and time. There is no room for any nitrites, nitrates, or allergens.
