100% IBERIAN ACORN-FED HAM

Each MONTARAZ product comes from the finest 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs from the Extremaduran pastureland. Half of the hams and shoulders are cured in Olivenza, Extremadura.

Protected by the demanding criteria of the D.O. of Extremadura, these limited-edition pieces boast an intense flavor and unparalleled sensory complexity.

In Extremadura, with higher temperatures, a more vibrant final product is obtained. In both places, unique pieces are produced, 100% acorn-fed and 100% NATURAL, with only two ingredients added to the meat: salt and time. There is no room for any nitrites, nitrates, or allergens.
