MONTARAZ Extremadura raises all its animals in Extremadura. Half of the hams and shoulders produced are cured in Olivenza.

Montaraz pigs grazing on farms in Extremadura, in addition to grass, are supplemented with cereals (wheat, oats, barley, etc.).

The curing and seasoning of all cuts is 100% NATURAL, with only two ingredients added to the meat: salt and time. At MONTARAZ, there’s no room for nitrites, nitrates, or allergens.

The result is a rich, flavorful ham that’s hard to match.
