Each MONTARAZ Don Ramón product comes from the finest 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs from the Extremaduran pastureland.

Of these, half of the hams and shoulders are cured in Olivenza-Extremadura.

In Extremadura, with higher temperatures, a more intense final product is obtained. In both places, unique, 100% NATURAL pieces are produced, with only two ingredients added to the meat: salt and time.

There is no room for any nitrites, nitrates or allergens.

These are thin-cut pieces, highly infiltrated, highly marbled, and with a striking red hue. These hams are characterized by their intense and complex flavor.
