MONTARAZ Olivenza-Extremadura raises its Iberian Cebo de Campo pigs free-range in Extremadura. Half of the hams and shoulders are cured in Olivenza-Extremadura.

The Cebo de Campo pigs that graze on farms in Extremadura are perfectly supplemented with grains (wheat, oats, barley, etc.) in addition to grass.

The curing and seasoning of all cuts is 100% NATURAL, with only two ingredients added to the meat: salt and time. At MONTARAZ, there is no room for nitrites, nitrates, or allergens.

The result is a marbled and flavorful ham. Hard to match.
