Every MONTARAZ product comes from the finest 100% acorn-fed Iberian pigs from the Extremaduran pastureland. Half of the hams and shoulders are cured in Olivenza, Extremadura.

In Extremadura, with higher temperatures, a more intense final product is obtained. In both places, unique, 100% NATURAL pieces are produced, with only two ingredients added to the meat: salt and time. There is no room for any nitrites, nitrates, or allergens.
